A Little Freaked Out

Okay maybe majorily freaked out. Apparently, I have to drive so I can get my license next year, since I didn’t really drive last year and don’t have the hours to get it. So, I was driving today and I almost got into a crash. I am not sure what happened but I really don’t want to remember it. Just don’t ask anymore of it but I just wanted to share what I wanted to share only.

Anyway, I went on vacation at the beginning of July at Orlando, Florida. It was okay but I have been so much I can’t stand it anymore. I’d like to go up north somewhere next summer. Just don’t have a clue where though.

I had a 3 day mini band camp last week. So far, I am getting less sore and should probably go outside and practice so I won’t die at band camp. The only reason I look forward to it because I don’t want to drive. Hate it.

I’ll maybe update another day with more details of my vacation but I am not in a very good mood right now.

Until then…

  1. you’ll get used to driving soon enough. i almost crashed one of my first times driving too. in fact i almost crashed quite a few times…haha it takes some practice but you’ll get it soon

  2. You almost crashed?! Shit! I love driving though, it’s so much fun.

  3. Band is a legit sport; I mean, you’re getting sore from it and you have to prepare physically for the endurance it requires. Hats off to you, deary.

The second day I was on my restricted license, I did hit-and-run. Just a few days ago, it happened again. I’m still on my restricted license. I understand why you shouldn’t text-and-drive and how babbling friends do contribute to accidents.

    Best of luck!

  4. Hope you have a good vacation. :) I’m sure once you get used to driving it wont be so bad.

  5. I wish I was aloud to drive, but sadly I have to wait a few more years! Until I’m 18.

  6. Well I wish I could be that young again and go back to my young driving days they were so much fun. No matter what I drove all I wanted to do was drive. Band camp sounds it would a lot of fun.

  7. Things get a little repetitive after awhile. I go to Orlando all the time, and I just need a new change in scenery. Up north would be a nice change. How about Boston? Or NY?

  8. Driving will be fine. If you’ve lost your confidence, then enroll in a driving school rather than vacationing next year. You’ll be able to brush up on all the skills, get the hours you need, and it will result in a whole lot of confidence on your part. I got into an accident about a month after I got my license but I definitely learned from my mistake. Just like any other thing, accidents are going to happen, but once you’ve been on the road for a while you’ll know how to drive more defensively, that’s why they require the hours.

    Good luck with everything!

  9. I’ve almost gotten into a few crashes. I’ve only had my liscence for a month though lol (learners/g1 not full).

  10. omg i hate driving! I refuse to go anywhere because I’m scared to death of driving. I always hitch a ride with my friends. So i know how you feel. Florida sounds exciting! I’ve never been like anywhere, we never go on vacation..too expensive. lol
