As you can tell, I made a new layout but I liked the old one tons. I wish I could have it up forever. Unfortunately, you guys would probably get bored of it so decided to change it to one of the my drawings. With a little encouragement from Luke and Sean’s help with colors and ideas for it. I think I have it okay. I’m not so sure and I am keeping the gray because its easier on my eyes most likely. Bright bright bright isn’t something I want.
I saw Pirates of the Caribbean 3 yesterday. It was great with the visual effects and stuff. I was really amazed but it seemed to have too much going on. Therefore, most of the funny parts weren’t funny that much (or maybe I wasn’t in a good mood). Overall, decent movie to go see if you like them.
Man, I am so tired. My left wrist hurts from doing drop spins on the left hand. I never really use that hand that much but to type (not correctly). I ended up dropping my flag in the middle of doing 50 spins. It was soooooo tiring and I was tearing up in pain but I was determined. I got some compliments for trying. One of my friends told me she was proud that I jumped back in quick after I dropped it. Around 12 times I had to have someone fix what I was doing wrong, I guess I shouldn’t be embarrassed. I’ve only been to 1 out of 2 beginners clinics spinning the flag and that was my first full color guard practice. I am now having a problem with catching my flag after tossing it in the air. Apparently, I am terrible at catching anything.
And… guess what happened? I was attempting to choreograph a solo for the variety show in February and… WHAM! I did a turning leap (unsure of term) and my foot hit the wall’s edge really hard. So, I have a huge bruise, and two different cuts. I hope my feet can survive those new jazz sneakers, and the summer band kick off (two day event).
Now I am tired. So off I go!
